Enquiries and project proposals
The website describes our services and lets you ask about a project or book a free call. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not accept a quote, commit you to a paid project or authorise a payment.
We review the requested work and provide the relevant scope, responsibilities, price and project terms in a written proposal. Any accepted project agreement is separate from this website information.
Published prices and service information
Starter Site is $2,500 (£1,895) one-time for up to 5 pages. Local Growth is $4,500 (£3,395) one-time for up to 10 pages, where service and location pages share that allowance. UK visitors see prices in pounds and other visitors see US dollars, and you can switch at any time. Monthly add-ons are optional and billed separately. After launch, every plan includes up to 5 free fixes in the first 30 days to anything we built that does not work as agreed. Monthly add-ons include unlimited small edits. A small edit is a change to text, photos, prices, hours or contact details that takes up to 30 minutes.
A project proposal confirms the final price, currency, tax treatment, included work and any ongoing charges. Pound and dollar prices are set separately and are not an exchange-rate commitment. Service descriptions and intended timescales help explain the offer; the proposal confirms the work and timetable for a particular project.
Information and illustrations
When asking about a project, please give accurate information about your business, services and needs. Share only materials that you are entitled to provide, and use the agreed secure route if a project later requires account access.
Illustrations identified as examples show a website approach. They are not client projects or evidence of commercial results. The website does not promise a particular ranking, number of enquiries or revenue outcome.
Links, booking and privacy
Links and embedded services may take you to another provider’s service, where that provider’s information and terms also apply. When you book a free call on our calendar, your time is confirmed by email with a Google Meet link. You can reschedule or cancel from that email.
Our privacy notice explains how we handle website enquiries and project information. These website terms do not replace an accepted project agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SMS terms
Trade Web Designers (AlphaMax Digital Services Limited) only texts people who tick an optional SMS box on our site review form, booking form or Facebook or Instagram lead forms. There are two separate boxes. Customer care texts cover your enquiry, free site review, call bookings and reminders, and project updates. Marketing texts cover offers and website tips. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@tradewebdesigners.com. See our privacy notice for how we handle your number.
You must be 18 or older to sign up for our texts. By opting in, you confirm you are 18+ and that you own or are authorised to use the mobile number you give us.
